Hey, if you bought accounts from somebody and you asked him if he has lifetime warranty on it and he said if anything happens with the accounts he will replace them how would you understand it?

That means he will replace the account if he wants, but that doesn't mean lifetime warranty

what do you mean if he wants? the guy literally said: if anything happens with the accounts I will replace them

What you're trying to ask is whether it's a lifetime warranty, but he didn't say anything about the length of it, only said that he'd give a warranty.
(Replacing accounts is simply a warranty anyway)

He could be replacing for 1 day/week/month/year then no more after that because he didn't state for how long in the first place. Can't hold him responsible if he stops service.
