What you're trying to ask is whether it's a lifetime warranty, but he didn't say anything about the length of it, only said that he'd give a warranty.
(Replacing accounts is simply a warranty anyway)

He could be replacing for 1 day/week/month/year then no more after that because he didn't state for how long in the first place. Can't hold him responsible if he stops service.

Usually in the commercial world lifetime warranty means 99 Years.

Not sure hacked accounts will be given such treatment.
