Whats an alternative to VirusTotal?

I'd like to see if my exploits are FUD but I don't want them to be sent in for analysis.

Also interested in figuring out the best way to see what an executable attempts to write/call out too when run. I've tried Sandboxie but must executables just wont run when they identify the sandbox.
