Advice on any offline investments?

I need advice on how to invest 40k of my personal savings.
Please note that I made this money online so any investment ideas you suggest here should be something that doesn't involve online stuff.

Stocks and fonds are always a viable option. Fonds for a more longterm investment a more favourable in terms of playing it safe - however I am sure that you are already aware of this. Real estate can be practical and fun to get involved in, 40k is a decent amount for a deposit.
