Adding Rules for Awards Marketplace

Even if you are allowed to sell each award with max 500k, no one is going to buy an award with that amount. Also, i had some awards on first page but once @Krollie spammed and trolled with his awards, my awards gone on the second page. I'm not saying he did something wrong but, there should be other rules. I'm not satisfied to see all awards of someone at 500k credits each, these are staying there useless once my awards gone on page 2.
It's not funny, people should be warned for that thing in future.

@babyhomie Flexing with my fancy awards should be allowed.
Besides that, the chance of someone buying an award on the marketplace is almost zero xd
it will be even less because of the prices you all ask.
Thats all what I wantto say.
