To counter that, I'm suggesting that the right side should be used for Emoji, and it can be hidden using a slide in and out animation just like any Navigation Bar or it can stay there all the time.

There's one problem. I thing that @J_S using frame on forum, i mean, shoutbox who's appearing on top of forum is just frame that going on link u left in post.
So if they put emoies on the right side (like your photoshop image shows) they will hide whole messages on forum. smt like this.

I am talking about the https://cracked.sh/shoutbox.php not the sb in the main page. Why would I want it under, if I have extra space horizontally, I have less space vertically because it's 16:9.
