Well in my opinion tho you should always look for reps.
And you can also tell if the guy is trusted or not if he has a lot of messages, a lot of threads made, etc..
So if you see someone fresh with like 10 posts and a Supreme rank you'd know that he's fresh and he may be a scammer since he just registered. (Also I am pretty sure you can look at the registration date of each user so that can be a factor as well).

True, but that is not anybody's problem.
They should take responsibility for being dumb. (No hate tho xD)
Everyone should be cautious and look into the one they're doing business with, it's the one job they have to do in-order to not get scammed.
Maybe one of the high-ups could post a thread about how to prevent being scammed or something likewise.
