As neat as it would be to provide such a feature, it is not feasible.
In order for such a feat to be accomplished, moderation would need to consist of polyglot linguists in order to properly moderate these additional chat rooms. [Selling Signature Ad Space - DM Me]

It would be primarily dead like the international lounge section. Moderation issue as well.
