Add AWARD for REPORTS

Here's my idea : add an award that you can obtain by reporting posts/threads (leechers, scammers, etc.)
It could allow people to invest more in reporting problematic posts/threads and have a better forum ?
It obviously only counts for reports that have been verified.

@Avtomat 's idea : add a penalty for fake/incorrect reports
