Add AI (Artificial Intelligence) PREFIX IN "FORUM-ACCOUNTS" AND "TUTORIALS" SECTION

There is a need to add "AI" Prefix in these sections because there are a lot of threads regarding AI like chatgpt, Gemini, ChatGPT Hacks, Jailbreaks etc. but there is no Prefix for it yet. So, adding a prefix would help members to identify which threads are AI related.
There are some prefix but not one that could fit to AI
