Additional Information: I wanted to buy Turkey Hotmail Accounts from @axelbalkan, whose Telegram username is @NEG1NARI. He said the 10K email address was $30 and I wanted to buy it. I paid $30. He sent me mixed data: yahoo-gmail-hotmail. I stated that I only wanted Hotmail. Afterwards, Hotmail Maker said it was corrupted. And he told me that I should wait. I waited and it sent me mixed data again. I stated that I wanted Hotmail, but they did not deliver and did not provide my refund. He is a scammer.
