ADS in PMs

Hello guys,

Recently i have seen many people get upset about stupid ads,
Fake accounts or how i call them "bots" make these ads in private messages
so we have to stop them because what they're doing is really annoying,
Imagine that you ask someone to make a deal, you wait for them to answer,
you see a notification and when you click on it you find a message with title
"click on this website to get paid hacks, babe"
you will be like 
anyway i have an idea,
for example, when someone creates an account, they must make at least 5 posts and 2 threads and stay online for at least 15 minutes, so that they can send private messages.
Please, i DON'T want to receive ads in PMs
