I think this questions gets ask so many time by non-cheaters.
For some people its the fun they see in winning for others its the enjoyment when the enemies cry about it.
I think people who are not cheating dont understand it, but its simply just because it makes fun ;:D
Their a HvH Servers for example where Cheats play against Cheaters and i personaly like to play on these.
So you cant say they cheat because they are to bad without cheats, its just a different type of enjoyment ;D

Tbh even on esea and faceit/faceit premium there are a lot of cheaters. One of my friends was selling private cheat working there.

Simple non-prime matchmaking is full of hackers right now. Also prime version of MM have a lot cheaters too.
Start play on leagues like FACEIT or ESEA. Btw free version FACEIT include a little hackers inside
Hackers enythere any multiplayer games have hackers in it. Humble yourself mate
