Additional Information: I had bought 4 UPS scans from Default and paid extra to have it done, so total was $700. 72 hours had passed and he said its delayed. then one week had passed and no scan so i paid someone else so i told him to refund me asap because i wasted my time . He said he'll refund half now and half then. I said ok then few days pass and he says hes broke and has no money which is a lie. He said to give him few days to refund me and now he completely ignores me,
