After i buyed his bot it start working for hours then it spoted then i contact support 
they said it will be fixed 2 days  and nothing when i ask for refund they starting telling me there are no refund and when told then i will open scam report they close ticket  and delete it 
i want full refund

Hello,

We've compensated this customer with extra days of the bot so he won't be affected until the update

The bot still works it's not like bot does not work it just requires a small update and we've told the customer we've compensated him extra days not it will be fixed in couple days
