Here my suggestion and let me know what you think

1. Add a 2000 rep award ( just use the current purple one for 1k and turn it red or make new graphics for the 2k)

2. Add a 5000 posts award (There's a 1000 one already but a 5k would be nice to see as well)

3. Implement or have an official way of cracked members can talk in voice call, so lets say have a discord server or Telegram or other ways where can talk in voice, while shoutbox is nice, some like to speak in voice to each other.

1 and 2 can be implemented in the future if more users reach that spot.

3 we have shoutbox better than telegram and discord.

And being part of cracking forum you should avoid voice calls with unknown members for your own safety.
