We present our second podcast, which will be much more useful for you than the first one. In the introductory podcast, we only told you about our project and our plans, and talked a little about recent developments in the refund industry. We also talked a little bit about law enforcement agencies.

Today, everything is more interesting. The knowledge you will gain from listening to this podcast will allow you to put it into practice in the near future. Based on our experience working with different clients, we came to the conclusion that many of you are having problems not at the stage of refunding orders but much earlier – at the stage when you place a new order. This often happens when your main account from which you have made several refunds is blocked by the OFM team. However, this does not mean that it is time to say goodbye to Amazon at this stage. In this podcast, we tried to highlight in detail the process of placing orders in all European domains. We also talked about how to remove a hold from your account.
