Hello, as part of my personal development, I’ve been reading a few books about refunds related to brands like Nike, Apple, etc. However, there’s one question that hasn’t been addressed in any of the books.
If you request a refund for an Apple product, claiming that it didn’t arrive, and the refund is successfully approved, is there a way for Apple to detect that the product has actually been activated or used? Could someone explain this in more detail? Thank you for any response!
