Hello, I would like to ask: If you are refunding an Apple product, does it mean you must not turn on the phone even once during the entire refund process, which takes, for example, 5 days? Or does this not affect the success of the refund?
I'm just wondering if Apple tracks the phone's activity during a refund process, for example, from Amazon.

I won't be engaging in this activity; I was just curious if Apple addresses this kind of issue regarding refunds.
