What We Need
We’re looking for dedicated support staff who can manage daily tickets and assist our community members effectively. If you have a passion for helping others and have experience in customer support or server management, we want you on our team!
Your Responsibilities
✅ Responding to Support Tickets: Handle 50+ tickets daily, providing solutions and assistance to members.
✅ Troubleshooting: Help with common issues related to our server or services.
✅ Escalating Issues: If a case is complex, escalate it to the right person or team for resolution.
✅ Maintain a Positive Attitude: Ensure all interactions with members are friendly and professional.
✅ Closing Tickets: Once the issue is resolved, close the ticket and ensure the user is satisfied.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience: Prior experience in Discord moderation, support roles, or customer service is a plus.
✅ Availability: Be able to dedicate time daily to manage a high volume of tickets.
✅ Communication Skills: Strong written communication and a friendly, helpful tone are essential.
✅ Reliability: We need someone we can count on to show up and get the job done.
✅ Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and find solutions for users' issues.
✅ Trustworthiness: Handle confidential information with care and respect.
